1. Eligibility

1.1. The Web Summit Lisbon 2025 Loyalty Programme (referred to herein as the “Programme“) is open to attendees of Web Summit Lisbon 2024, and previous editions of the Lisbon event. 

1.2. By participating in the Programme, participants agree to these terms and conditions and any other applicable policies set forth by Web Summit from time to time as necessary.

2. Partial Payment

2.1. To secure a General Attendee ticket at the lowest possible price, participants must make a partial payment of €49.00 (referred to hereinafter as the “Partial Payment“) at the time of reservation. This Partial Payment guarantees the reservation of the ticket at the discounted price.

3. Remaining Balance

3.1. The remaining balance of €420.00 (referred to hereinafter as the “Remaining Balance“) must be paid in full by 1 March 2025, to complete the order and confirm the ticket reservation. 

3.2. Web Summit reserves the right to cancel the reservation in the event that the participant fails to pay the Remaining Balance by this deadline.

3.3. On 1 March 2025, participants with outstanding payments will receive an email notification reminding them that their payment is overdue. 

3.4. If the Remaining Balance is not paid by 23 May 2025, the partial payment will be automatically refunded, and participants will lose access to the loyalty scheme pricing. 

3.5. Web Summit reserves the right to extend the payment deadline if necessary. Participants will be informed of any extensions via email.

4. Full Payment Option

4.1. Participants have the option to pay the full ticket price of €469.00 at the time of reservation by following the provided link. This option allows participants to complete their purchase immediately without the need for a subsequent payment.

5. Refund Policy

5.1. Participants are entitled to a full refund of the €49.00 Partial Payment if they decide to cancel their reservation.

5.2. To request a refund, participants must contact the Web Summit support team via the provided contact information. 

6. Ticket Transfer 

6.1. Tickets purchased through the Programme are non-transferable and can only be used by the individual who made the reservation. 

6.2. Any attempt to transfer or sell the ticket will result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund.

7. Programme Changes

Web Summit reserves the right to modify or terminate the Programme at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the Programme will be communicated to participants via email and/or the official Web Summit website. Participants are encouraged to review the terms and conditions regularly to stay informed of any updates.

8. Acceptance of Terms

8.1. By participating in the Programme, participants agree to these terms and conditions and any other applicable policies set forth by Web Summit. 

8.2. Participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
