Join tech's leaders at Web Summit 2026

AI is moving out of standalone apps and into the places where teams already work. AI employees now sit in Slack and Microsoft Teams alongside human colleagues, taking on multi-step work with full organisational context. Join viktor.com co-founder Fryderyk Wiatrowski as he shares insights from companies deploying their first AI employees: which tasks get handed off, where humans retain control of high-stakes decisions and what teams look like when every employee has an AI colleague in their corner.

Scaling faster with AI employees

Thousands of companies deploy Viktor's AI employees, giving Fryd a view of the work humans have already stopped doing. He answers the question with anonymised data instead of predictions: which jobs companies have actually handed over, which ones companies tried and failed to automate and which he expects to go next.
