While 75 percent of global employees use AI daily, a critical confidence gap remains between what AI can technically automate and what leaders trust autonomous agents to execute. With IT leaders projecting that nearly 40 percent of workplace services will run autonomously by 2030, concerns over visibility, governance and control threaten to stall progress. In this session, TeamViewer CEO Oliver Steil, Otter.ai CEO Sam Liang and RemoFirst CEO Nurasyl Serik examine how enterprise research, real-time communication AI and cross-border workforce compliance intersect to solve this trust deficit – showing that long-term success relies not on deploying the most AI tools, but on building the guardrails and human oversight needed to move safely from simple assistance to trusted autonomy.
