70,000 people will be joining us at Web Summit this November. These people are deeply embedded in the fabric of their respective industries, and are the people who dictate how quickly new technologies are adopted.


BMW teamed up with us as our official mobility partners. They wanted to reach our attendees and online audience and present themselves as thought-leaders in the electric car industry.

As well as an amazing outdoor exhibition space with BMW test drives onsite, we produced a bespoke Facebook Live series, Backseat Drivers with BMW, where we interviewed boxing hall of famer Wladimir Klitschko, Vogue international editor Suzy Menkes, and Rodial founder Maria Hatzistefanis.

Our series reached over 3.5 million people and placed BMW right at the heart of the Web Summit VIP experience.

Amazon Web Services

AWS wanted to educate developers on their product range, generate leads and position themselves as the leading cloud infrastructure provider for startups and developers.

AWS were the official partner for our startup Mentor Hours programme at Web Summit 2017. The AWS Mentor Hours lounge played host to over 1,000 mentor sessions with 940 startups and 238 mentors, from speakers and industry experts to investors.

Over the course of three days at Web Summit, AWS also ran 21 workshops. Workshop titles included ‘Getting started with AWS for developers’, ‘Responsive web apps using AWS’ and ‘An intro to Amazon AI’. They must have been doing something right – AWS workshops were among the most-favourited sessions in the Web Summit app, and generated thousands of leads from attendees.

As exclusive partners for our women in tech lounge and mentor programme, wanted to position themselves as leading advocates for a more equal tech industry.

We worked with to devise a custom interactive wall to encourage online and offline engagement with our attendees. This formed the backdrop for a Facebook live content series in which we interviewed CEO, Gillian Tans, Sin City star Rosario Dawson, the EU Commission’s Ann Mettler, and Branch co-founder Mada Seghete.

Our content series aligned with several of our high-profile speakers, reaching almost 2 million people in the process.


Altice wanted to establish brand awareness after a name change. As the largest telecommunications provider in Portugal, they wanted to leverage Web Summit’s presence in the city of Lisbon and place their new brand at the centre of our Night Summit city takeovers.

We designed and produced Un/Signed in partnership with Altice, a unique Night Summit event showcasing unsigned Portuguese musical talent. With four acts, 5,000 attendees and 30 bars and restaurants in the LX Factory area, Un/Signed powered by Altice brought together the acts soundtracking Portugal’s future. Altice was positioned at the forefront of Portuguese culture, as well as cementing the new brand among Web Summit’s attendees.
