Price increase incentive terms and conditions

This Price Increase Incentive (“the promotion”) offers a €200 discount on eligible ticket purchases made using the designated promotional code during the specified promotional period.
1. Eligibility and distribution
Eligible customers will be randomly selected via Iterable and notified by email. The promotional code will be delivered directly to selected recipients and is valid only for use by the recipient. The code must be activated via the email link and will apply automatically at checkout.
2. Promotional code
The promotional code is generic and valid for one-time use per customer. This offer cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
3. Promotion period
This promotion is valid from 16 September 2025 at 11:00am (WEST) until 19 September 2025 at 11:00am (WEST).  There is no cap on the number of orders eligible for this promotion during the promotional period.
4. Limitations
The promotion is subject to ticket availability. No cash alternative is available. The discount applies only to the ticket face value and does not extend to service fees or additional charges.
5. Refunds, exchanges, and retroactive discounts 
Standard refund and exchange policies apply. If a refund is issued, the promotional discount will not be refunded. This promotion is valid only for purchases made during the promotional period and cannot be applied retroactively. Web Summit will not issue refunds, partial credits, or price adjustments on orders placed before the promotion began.
6. Changes and termination
We reserve the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
