Web Summit is selecting 20 students to fly from Ireland to Web Summit in Lisbon for 4 days this November.
Successful applicants will receive a €25,000 ticket with access to all areas of Web Summit. We’ll cover the costs of flights and accommodation up to €500. We’ll also cover the costs of food and refreshments daily.
You’ll also get to shadow one of our incredible speakers for a day, attend countless amazing talks, events and parties, and enjoy a highly curated program with other brilliant students from around the world.

Who's the Scholarship programme for?

We’re looking for some of the most creative third/fourth level students in Ireland.
Here are the types of students we’re looking for:
<ul>
<li>Already entrepreneurial; and/or</li>
<li>Active in college societies, sports clubs or media; and/or</li>
<li>Academic high achievers; and/or</li>
<li>A social media creator or creative person.</li>
</ul>

You’ll get a €25,000 ticket with access to all areas of Web Summit. This includes all of the talks and the exhibition floor, as well as exclusive events and invite-only areas.

<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Create a one-page CV/resume.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Send both to <a href="mailto:scholars@websummit.com">scholars@websummit.com</a> and include a short cover email of no more than 100 words outlining why we should select you.</li>

How do I apply?

<ul>
<li>You can apply if you are currently in third/fourth level education in Ireland; or are Irish studying internationally.</li>
<li>The program is also open to those who graduated in the last 12 months.</li>
<li>You must be available to fly to Lisbon no later than Sunday November 9th, returning to Ireland Thursday November 13th.</li>
<li>Application deadline is 6pm on Thursday October 9th, 2025.</li>
</ul>
