Web Summit is selecting 20 of the most creative, entrepreneurial, and high-achieving students to join our Scholarship programme.
Successful applicants will receive a complimentary all-access ticket to Web Summit valued at €25,000, as well as transport, accommodation and meals covered during their participation.

What's included in the programme?

You’ll get a €25,000 ticket with access to all areas of Web Summit. This includes all of the talks and the exhibition floor, as well as exclusive events and invite-only areas.

All access

We’ll cover the costs of transport and accommodation up to €500, as well as the costs of food and refreshments daily.

Shadow one of our incredible speakers for a day, attend countless amazing talks, events and parties, and enjoy a highly curated programme with other brilliant students.

How do I apply?

<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="2">What do you study and where?</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="2">What should we know about you (your life, passions, hobbies, skills, interests, achievements)?</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="2">Why are you interested in coming to Web Summit?</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="2">What would you like to be doing 10 years from now?</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="2">The more creative the video the better.</li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Create a one-page CV/resume.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Send both to <a href="mailto:scholars@websummit.com">scholars@websummit.com</a> and include a short cover email of no more than 100 words outlining why we should select you.</li>

<li>You can apply if you are currently in third/fourth level education.</li>
<li>The programme is also open to those who graduated in the last 12 months.</li>
<li>You must be available to travel to Lisbon by Sunday, November 9th, and be able to stay until Thursday, November 13th.</li>
<li>Application deadline is 6pm on Thursday, October 2nd, 2025.</li>
