The energy transition is not only a generation challenge – it is a delivery challenge. As demand accelerates, grids, geography and intermittency are becoming the binding constraints on getting reliable power where and when it is needed. Harvesting solar energy in space and beaming it to Earth separates where energy is produced from where it is consumed, changing the geography of energy itself. This talk explores how space-based energy complements the terrestrial system, strengthens European energy sovereignty and moves us from managing scarcity toward building abundance.
