Game design asks a question most product thinking skips: not what people want or need, but how they feel. That calculus is more relevant than ever today, as the best AI tools are winning users by hitting on the same mix of mastery, flow and unpredictable reward that makes games so absorbing. In this session, Rahul Vohra, a game designer before he founded Superhuman, will discuss why the best AI tools tap into intrinsic motivation rather than extrinsic reward, and how product teams can build for it deliberately.
