Energy is now the hardest limit on AI, as data centres queue for grid capacity that does not exist. This session shows the next step: AI agents that act in the physical world. They find homes, underwrite risk, deploy solar, batteries and heat pumps, and trade them as one distributed power plant. The result is a ramp where AI builds the energy it depends on, lowering household bills and freeing grid capacity for the next wave of compute.
