Our commitment to change

As part of our commitment to fostering a more equitable tech community, we publish an annual Women in Tech Survey, which aims to gain valuable insights into some of the issues women face in the workplace.

We hope to be part of the change necessary to create a more equitable industry, and that our survey, as well as other similar research, will help urge workplaces and organisations to broach these topics and make progress.
