Every leap in AI, from bigger models to new data centers, runs on electricity, and the demand is higher than most grids were built to handle. This session asks the question shaping the next decade of computing: is this appetite for energy something we can satisfy, or will power become the real limit on how far AI can go?

The AI race is an energy race

Rising temperatures, volatile geopolitics, and AI-driven power demand are straining global grids to the limit. Can clean tech scale fast enough to save the system, or will rapid expansion break it? Energy leaders debate whether modern innovation can solve the global energy crisis.
